In the new episode of the podcast „Ze sklepa do světa“ we had the honour of welcoming David Šohaj Minařík, founder of the startup MYCO. This episode delved into the fascinating world mycelia and its potential in industry.

David explains what mycelium is – the root system of fungi that his company uses to manufacture eco-friendly packaging materials. Mycelium can bind together various secondary products, such as sawdust or straw, to create a composite material that can replace polystyrene, for example.
