Prague is once again becoming the centre of light, art and technology – and you can be part of it! Signal Festival and PrusaLab are jointly looking for unique ideas that connect technology, light and art. Call for entries Signal Calling 2025 it is open to all creators from the Czech Republic and Slovakia who want to push the boundaries of creative thinking.
Theme and brief:
This year's festival theme is entitled Ecosystems III: Solutions. The call focuses on creating a large-scale light installation that connects nature, technology, and society. The intention is to create a work that reveals the hidden connections of our world and offers new perspectives on contemporary issues.
What do you get?
- CZK 200,000 for the realisation of the work,
- Access to the PrusaLab production facilities with the most modern technologies and a team of experts,
- A 5,000 CZK design fee for projects that advance to the second round,
- Fee of CZK 40,000 a Original Prusa 3D printer for the winning project.
The development of the installation is taking place in close cooperation with our team in PrusaLab, where you will have access to 3D printers, CNC machines, lasers and other manufacturing technologies.

- Tender 17 February – 15 March 2025
- Project presentations in the 2nd round → 26. 3. (13:00–18:00)
- Finalising the partnership with the winner → March–April 2025
- Development and production of the installation April–August 2025
