During our Demo Day, we proudly unveiled the result of months of work within the PrusaLab Hardware Accelerator<\/strong>: The Hooking<\/em> \u2013 a\u00a0smart, compact hanger designed to help hockey players dry and organize their gear more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Idea to Market-Ready Product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Founders Mat\u011bj Raiter<\/strong> and Tom\u00e1\u0161 Mula\u010d<\/strong> knew that drying hockey equipment is a\u00a0never-ending battle. Poor air circulation, bad smells, bacteria, and a\u00a0general lack of space \u2013 every player has been there. So they decided to create a\u00a0compact, durable, and ergonomic hanger that could tackle the issue head-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their idea earned a\u00a0spot in the PrusaLab Hardware Accelerator, which meant one thing: an intense, hands-on development journey involving rapid prototyping<\/strong>, rigorous testing<\/strong>, and strategic planning<\/strong> to turn a\u00a0great idea into a\u00a0successful product \u2013 and a\u00a0sustainable business.<\/p>\n\n\n

Prusa 3D printers and filaments played a\u00a0starring role, enabling rapid prototyping and design optimization for maximum durability and functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Packaging as Part of the Product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Another key focus was packaging. MIRNIX HOCKEY collaborated with Unipap, one of our trusted suppliers, to rethink how packaging could double as a\u00a0display solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result? A cardboard insert that not only protects the product in transit but also turns into a\u00a0handy stand for in-store presentation \u2013 no need for extra marketing materials. A\u00a0win for both retail and event sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
