Become creators of a spectacular light installation for the 13th edition of the largest festival of light and technology in the Czech Republic. Signal Festival and PrusaLab are jointly looking for unique ideas that connect technology, light and art. Call for entries <strong>Signal Calling 2025<\/strong> it is open to all creators from the Czech Republic and Slovakia who want to push the boundaries of creative thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Theme and brief:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year's festival theme is entitled <em><strong>Ecosystems III: Solutions<\/strong><\/em>. The call focuses on creating a large-scale light installation that connects nature, technology, and society. The intention is to create a work that reveals the hidden connections of our world and offers new perspectives on contemporary issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do you get?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CZK 200,000 <\/strong>for the realisation of the work,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access to the PrusaLab production facilities<\/strong> with the most modern technologies and a team of experts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A 5,000 CZK design fee<\/strong> for projects that advance to the second round,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fee of CZK 40,000 <\/strong>a\u00a0<strong>Original Prusa 3D printer<\/strong> for the winning project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development of the installation is taking place in close cooperation with our team in PrusaLab, where you will have access to 3D printers, CNC machines, lasers and other manufacturing technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important dates:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open call\u00a0<\/strong>15 Jan \u2013 16 Feb 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Closing date for applications<\/strong>\u00a016\/02\/2025\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tender\u00a0<\/strong>17 February \u2013 15 March 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project presentations in the 2nd round\u00a0<\/strong>\u2192 26. 3.
